Start with a one-month free trial. After the trial, Call Home is $25 per month unless you cancel before the trial ends.
100 credits included each month
Credits are the minutes you use in Call Home. Your balance is shown in the app, and credits are deducted only after a session ends.
How credits work
Each monthly subscription includes 100 credits. A credit is a simple way to measure how much live language help you use.
Credit use by mode
- Personal Interpreter: about 1 credit per minute.
- Personal Tutor: about 1 credit per minute.
- Room Interpreter: about 1 credit per minute.
- Phone Interpreter: about 2 credits per minute.
Example: a 10-minute Personal Tutor session uses about 10 credits. A 10-minute Phone Interpreter call uses about 20 credits.
Policies and support
Cancellation
Subscribers can cancel their monthly subscription before the next renewal. Access remains available through the end of the paid period or trial period.
Refunds
If there is a billing issue or service problem, contact support and we will review the request fairly.
Privacy
Call Home uses account information to provide access, support, billing, and service history. Voice and transcript features are used to provide interpretation and language-practice services.
